MyFlowers.co.ukThe Real Reviews
2,204 one-star reviews on Trustpilot. Late deliveries. Dead flowers. No refunds. Unauthorised charges. Fake five-star reviews burying the truth. Here are the real experiences customers don't want you to miss.
The Pattern
Across hundreds of complaints, the same issues repeat over and over. This isn't bad luck — it's a business model.
Flowers Never Arrive
Customers pay premium delivery fees for specific time slots. Flowers arrive days late — or never at all. Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, funerals, anniversaries: all ruined.
Misleading Photos
"What you see is what gets delivered" — except it isn't. Customers receive wilted supermarket-grade flowers bearing no resemblance to the website images. The company claims photos are "illustrative".
Refunds Refused
When things go wrong, the company offers pitiful vouchers (15-30% off a future order) instead of refunds. Many customers resort to bank chargebacks to recover their money.
Subscription Trap
Customers report being signed up to £39/month subscriptions without consent. Cancellation options are hidden or non-existent. Money taken repeatedly from accounts.
Fake Reviews
71% of their 11,803 Trustpilot reviews are 5 stars, burying the 2,204 genuine 1-star reviews. The pattern of fake positive reviews has been flagged by multiple customers.
Ghost Customer Service
Phone lines go unanswered. WhatsApp messages are read but ignored. Email responses are bot-generated. Live chat is non-functional. There is effectively no customer support.
Trustpilot Rating Breakdown

71% five-star vs 18% one-star with almost nothing in between. Real businesses have a gradual distribution. This screams fake review flooding.

“I'd give a lower score if I could. I was ordering for a family birthday. I live in Scotland and they just south of London. Having filled in the correct information, I paid and then noticed that the confirmation show my address as the delivery address. I immediately emailed them (couldn't find a phone number) and then chased an hour or so later. No reply until they'd shipped the order to say there was nothing they could do, 4 hours after I messaged them. Won't refund me and I paid for same day but only getting them to me the next day! AVOID AVOID AVOID! TERRIBLE COMPANY! No hint of wanting to try and help me!!”
“Shocking experience, ordered flowers for a family friend the day before a funeral, just to let her know we was thinking of her, flowers never arrived, no email, no nothing messages on instagram were ignored one reply saying a high volume of calls means a longer wait, messaged on other platforms ignored. Paid on Applepay money has left my account. Avoid”
“My selected delivery slot was not used, delayed another day and now they've supposedly been delivered to an address that is NOT what was on my delivery instructions, been to where they've supposedly been delivered, nothing there and no one to even take in the delivery! Communication is poor. Nothing promised on the website is what you get.”
“Ordered same-day delivery, received no confirmation email, and the flowers never arrived. This appears to be a scam -- completely unacceptable and not trustworthy.”
“This is a SCAM!!! Do NOT buy from here. I tried to order Mother's Day flowers and received nothing. No order confirmation. No delivery. I came here and realised I got scammed. Worst of all, my mum didn't receive anything for Mother's Day. Now, on checking the site, I can see that images are AI-generated and some of the English text doesn't make sense (e.g. "Become & Affiliate"). Avoid!”
“£68 for a bunch of flowers which you could pick up in a shell garage for a fiver. Medium bunch so god knows how small a small bunch is, maybe one stem. Absolute rip off, I want a refund. Photos on the website are not true. Scam artist”
“The reason I have given 1 star is because it's not an option to give zero. They are scammers. The website allowed me to book a same day delivery, book a time slot & pay £8. When the flowers didn't turn up they said they will be delivered the following day & I could have a complimentary box of chocolates - which isnt complimentary as next day delivery is free - I wasn't offered a refund for the delivery. Then the yellow & white bouquet I ordered turned up with bright yellow & pastel pink flowers. The flowers & colours looked awful together. I wish I could add photos so you could see. My mum said she wouldn't pay £10 for them although they cost me over £50. I've had to raise a dispute through my bank because the customer service is awful & they won't accept fault. They only offer a 20% refund as a gesture. On top of this I didn't receive notification that the flowers wouldn't arrive until the next day or flowers were substituted so I couldn't cancel within 30 minutes as stated in their policy. I will never ever use this company again. They also advertise 4.8* rating I can only see they have a rating of 4.”
“This company has terrible service! The flowers I ordered arrived late despite paying for a specific delivery date and half of my order was missing. The prices are expensive and I received no order updates until I had to email them asking for these. Will not be using them again!”
“SCAM!!! Brought for next day delivery and never received, currently going through refund with my bank as there isn't an option on the website. So upset as these were for a Mother's Day gift :(”
“Very disappointed. I ordered my mum flowers from MyFlowers for the first time and I was not happy at all with what she received. I spent £85 on a beautiful medium bouquet and I received what looks like I could've brought from Tesco's for a fiver. Ive had no pictures sent to me prior sending (which on the website said "We send a photo before it leaves - adjusted as needed"), I called customer support yesterday regarding delivery and he just could not be bothered to help me out, the huffing and puffing gave it all away. I would like a full refund, pictures of what I received has been sent to "customer support" - looking forward to hearing a reply ASAP.”
“Misleading advert. Tiny amount of flowers 6 in total for £35. They were also delivered a day late and not in Mother's Day. Absolute scam and disappointing would not use again”
“Absolutely appalling. Don't go near them. Any positive reviews must have been written by them! My son paid extra to guarantee flowers (that would have been a lovely surprise for me, as he is in Finland and I'm in the UK) would be delivered before 12pm on Sunday, Mother's Day. He was upset that I hadn't received them, and chased it up with them. They sent a message back to him saying delivery was 'safely confirmed' (what the heck does that mean?) for today (Monday) - when I won't be in. They then confirmed that the flowers (wilted and dying by now, if they ever existed) would be delivered by 9pm tonight. It's now after 9.30. Obviously, if and when I ever do get them, they will be rejected. This is just a huge scam, I'm just hoping my son gets his money back (and everyone else who's been scammed) and that the sh**holes behind this get their comeuppance”
“Have emailed with regards to my order which never came and seems like they don't really care to reply!”
“Ooh my God I wish if I could give zero stars. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday was told they won't be delivered after I had to call them. No communication, nothing. Im going to sue them. Im so ashamed of myself of being scammed so easily. But I will put a fight for that £58 that I paid. I hate scammers”
“Shocking flowers received on Mother's Day. Came tiny and nothing like the photo and also they were crushed. So upsetting such poor value. I sent photos they offered me 20% if I bought more. What a scam and so misleading. I would definitely use a proper florist in future, poor customer service also look what you get for £50 see photo.”
“A terrible bunch of flowers. I'd be dissatisfied if they were £10 bunch from the supermarket but to charge £60 is a disgrace. Not the advertised flowers. Broken stems, poor quality. Company's automated copy paste responses are awful and show how they are not willing to help. Facebook/Instagram posts are covered with poor reviews. Shop carefully and avoid!”
“I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way this order has been handled. I ordered flowers specifically for Mother's Day, which is obviously one of the most important and time-sensitive occasions for a florist. I chose this company because they advertise next-day and even same-day delivery, which gave the clear impression that they are capable of fulfilling urgent and occasion-critical orders. That promise was not honoured. Mother's Day has now passed and the flowers have still not been delivered. Even worse, I received no proactive communication whatsoever about the delay. I had to chase the company myself just to get an explanation. The explanation given was simply that they had too many orders due to Mother's Day. That is not an acceptable justification. Mother's Day is one of the most predictable and busiest days of the year for a flower business. If the company cannot fulfil the number of orders it accepts, then it should limit bookings or clearly warn customers before taking payment. Continuing to advertise services such as next-day or same-day delivery while not having the operational capacity to fulfil those promises raises serious concerns about misleading advertising. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and as described. In addition, under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, businesses must not mislead consumers about the nature or availability of the services they offer. In this case, I paid for a service that was clearly advertised but not delivered as promised, and there has been no proper apology, no proactive update, and no meaningful effort to resolve the situation. This was meant to be a thoughtful Mother's Day gesture, and the company's failure to deliver what they advertised completely undermined that. At this stage I expect a full refund and a proper explanation. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the matter further through the appropriate consumer protection channels. A very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before relying on this company for important occasions.”
“Very Disappointing I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's first Mother's Day and paid £9 for delivery before 6 o'clock on Mothering Sunday. By mid day on the following Monday they had still not been delivered. Do not use this company. Maybe they work in London but not in Bristol although they advertise as nationwide.”
“Disgusting service. Terrible customer service. Ordered flowers on Saturday for delivery Sunday for Mother's Day. Not delivered within the time frame I paid for. Told they would be delivered Monday. Still waiting for them to be delivered. Phone number non responsive. Chat option on the app non responsive. E mailed them and no response. Total scam - took 70 pounds of my hard earned money for what. Nothing”
“Terrible service. Arrived late. Actually still haven't arrived even while writing this. Didn't receive a confirmation email or message to say the order is confirmed or the order has been shipped. Would not recommend this service. Over priced for the service and low quality marketing”
“Terrible service, flowers that arrived not as photos and description, paid for chocolates that never arrived, wrote a nice card for my mother on Mothers Day....it was not included. Pretty sure it is some kind of scam as the website and purchase procedure not quite right, and seems to have some IT errors. AVOID if you want to loose your money.”
“Despite the fact that this company charges prices that are definitely not cheap, the level of service was extremely poor. After placing my order I never even received a confirmation email -- I had to chase them myself just to confirm that the order had actually been placed. Once they confirmed the order, there was still absolutely no communication: no dispatch notification, no tracking information, no updates whatsoever. I also paid extra to have the flowers delivered first thing in the morning, but that didn't happen either. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife on our anniversary and the surprise was completely ruined due to their lack of organisation and communication. Very disappointing and frankly unacceptable service considering the prices they charge. I just hope at this point that they will refund the money, as I no longer need the flowers anymore.”
“I have have a very bad experience with this website it comes in a nice box that's the only good thing I can say, the flowers that get sent look like £10 supermarket/petrol station flowers nothing like what's on the image they claim the photos are for illustrative purposes but what arrives is not even close to what's pictured, I could of gone to m and s/isle of flowers and spent less or the same and got something a lot more beautiful, I had to place an extra order and that got sent to the wrong address so I then have to place another one which was £15 delivery and it still didn't even arrive, 4 orders in total and I've wasted £200 on rubbish I do not recommend this site at all and the customer service is very rude and un helpful.”
“ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A WEBSITE!! Flowers delivered were not what i ordered whatsoever! And missing card and chocolates. They told me photos on website are "illustrative" only and do not reflect actual product received. When in fact they advertise on their website "what you see is what gets delivered" clearly a false promise and a scam. I will be seeking legal action against this company if i do not receive a full refund and advise anyone thinking of using this website to stay well clear of these people!”
“I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 100 pink roses for Mother's Day. I placed my order at the end of February for delivery on Mother's Day, 15 March. So my order was placed more than 2 weeks before delivery. The flowers came on time, and the box and wrapping were lovely, but I was very disappointed with the flowers. They were pale pink, with some white bits, some green bits, and some brown bits. They look awful! Literally not what I paid for. I contacted My Flowers within minutes after delivery. I asked them to collect them and provide a full refund, or send a replacement. They said that they have the right to substitute if the flowers are not in stock. However, I pointed out that the flowers look defective. They said that they cannot give a refund because flowers are allocated once an order is placed, which basically means that they knew they did not have my flowers more than two weeks before it was due for delivery, yet they accepted my order and sent the wrong flowers. In my opinion, this is a scam. I paid for 100 pink roses and received something completely different and poor quality.”
“Ordered 2 bouquets for next day delivery for Mother's Day for my mum and nan and none showed up no delivery details or anything. If I knew this would of just went to florist instead ruined mothers day”
“These guys are the absolute worst. They don't deliver on time nor do they ever tell you anything about your order so you're in the dark. Also, if you ever make the mistake of subscribing to their service then that will be the end of you. You can never cancel your sub as they don't make the options available on their website, and if you text them, they will frustrate and give you excuses until you give up. These guys are the thieves and don't deserve to be patronised. Whatever you do, don't patronise these thieves!!!”
“Ordered in enough notice for Mother's Day delivery and flowers didn't arrive. What's the point in it being a select day delivery if they can't even deliver on the day? Ruined the day. So disappointed!!”
“I ordered an £80+ bouquet for Mother's Day and paid extra for delivery before 12pm. Unfortunately the flowers never arrived I never received a confirmation email - there's no record of purchase no invoice, nothing except a deduction on my card. Contacted their customer service who later confirmed the order would now arrive the following day, meaning it completely missed Mother's Day. I was told the order could not be cancelled because it had already been prepared and dispatched, and the only resolution offered was a 30% discount on a future order. Which I wont bother with because looking at the other reviews it seems this may not be an isolated issue, particularly around promised delivery times. Really disappointing experience for such an important occasion especially with the price of the flowers and paying for guaranteed next day before 12 delivery. Now looking at the other reviews who mentioned dead flowers and small buds I dread to think what my mum will be getting tomorrow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
“Flowers are 2 days late not wanted anymore if you can't deliver on the day needed don't advertise it”
“I ordered same day delivery flowers for mothers day and paid extra for a morning time slot of 15 pounds. I am in Australia so woke up this morning to check my mum had received them and nothing. When I emailed for a full refund they said: "Thank you for reaching out. Please be informed that the delivery date for order has been rescheduled to March 16. Due to operational constraints, we were unable to fulfil the original delivery date and have had to move it to the next available date. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, same-day delivery cannot always be guaranteed, as it depends on factors such as courier availability, delivery location, and other logistical considerations. If the requested delivery date cannot be met, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to the nearest available date. As a gesture of goodwill and to apologize for any inconvenience caused, we would like to offer one of the following options: a 25% discount, a £15 voucher for your next purchase, or a complimentary sweet gift included with your next order." I have asked for a 15 pound refund on the priority delivery since this service was not provided. Lets see what they say...”
“I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent Mother's Day order. We placed an order through your website and paid £60, plus an additional £8 delivery fee to ensure the flowers would be delivered within the selected time slot. The delivery location was my mother's workplace, which closes at 4 PM on Sundays. For this reason, we specifically chose the delivery time between 9 AM and 12 PM to make sure the flowers would arrive on time and surprise her on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the order was never delivered. This situation has caused great disappointment for both us and my mother on what should have been a special day. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of support from your customer service team. We called your service line five times asking about the status of our order, but no one was able to give us a proper explanation or any helpful assistance. Additionally, we have still not received a refund for an order that was never delivered. and this company is scam don't ever order anything from them. This experience is completely unacceptable.”
“Paid £60 for a big bunch of flowers. 7 roses, 8 carnations, 5 peonys, and loads of filler plants. What came? 3 roses (one wilting), berries? And a handful of small daisys. Came in a tiny little box, that's how little flowers there were. Contacted them on WhatsApp, they read all my messages and haven't replied. Called customer service and she just said her colleague is dealing with it on WhatsApp and to just wait. Thats it, no sorry, nothing. Im going to contact my bank and get a refund. Do not use this company.”
“The bouquet was too small for the money. No gift card. No receipt by email. Won't be using this company again”
“Absolutely shambolic. Ordered for same day delivery as advertised and paid the premium delivery fee for this. Was told I'd receive a confirmation email and didn't. Had to chase it then was told it couldn't be delivered same day as it was outside London and needed to be ordered before 10am. Explained it was ordered at 8:00am and thus just kept being ignored. Website doesn't say this... it just takes the order and the premium delivery fee. I tried to cancel and was told I couldn't as there was a 30 minute cancellation policy... I hadn't even received the confirmation within 30 minutes. Was told it would be delivered the next day and I explained that was too late and we wouldn't be in. I had deliberately ordered from this company because they offered same day delivery. Didn't matter to them... it was like I was talking to a bot. When they eventually arrived and I had paid £50 for them and they were like a shrivelled bunch of supermarket flowers. Appalling service in every aspect... STEER CLEAR!”
“Terrible experience, I ordered flowers and chocolates the day before Mother's Day as on their website they stated they do fast and next day delivery. I paid extra for early delivery within a time slot and also purchased a box of chocolates too. I never received a message when they were going to deliver, I had to phone them twice as the chocolates were missing so my mother only received the flowers late. First time using them and it will be the last. Fingers crossed for a refund but only hoping. Definitely would not recommend or use again. Ps update they want me to add extra information about my experience which is plain to see otherwise they will remove this post. Lucky I have taken a screen shot of this and what I was sent in my email”
“Absolutely terrible I ordered flowers next day delivery but delivery wasn't there so i asked them to refund me my money back they keep telling me that delivery will be next day and they said they can't do refund, so flowers came after 4 days completely dead I spent £75 for dead flowers, terrible service”
“I wish I could upload a picture of the flowers that I ordered to be sent to my mother in law for Mothers Day. As I can't I have changed my profile picture to what was received. See for yourself what is advertised on the website as Zephyr... The bouquet is the size of my fist and looks more like a table setting than a bunch of flowers like advertised.”
“My flowers services are really really bad, The flower you get is nothing compare to the flower on your website. The roses are very tiny roses, All the high street store sells better flowers... Please stay away from this company and you will thank me later.”
“Biggest Scamming flower company ever. This company will scam you, I purchased flowers once then they signed me up for a subscription that I didnt even want and taken money out of my bank account 3 times this month for no reason.”
“PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this company ever. It's mother's day today and i just received the bouquet. It's not even the same flowers looks nothing like the photo i am so angry... They even have fake reviews.”
“1 star is generous the most horrible company ever, they take your money out of your bank account without your consent and not deliver flowers, impossible to contact.”
“This is a brutally honest review about the brand MyFlowers. I do not recommend these products to anyone... The issue was that the flowers I received were completely different and nothing like the images shown on the website.”
“TERRIBLE COMPANY, liars and charge you but don't deliver. Impossible to get a hold of and had to dispute via my bank!”
“Will never use again. Spent £70 on flowers for a special anniversary, what arrived was a small bunch of measly carnations... Totally embarrassed for my wife to receive these.”
“biggest fraud company ever! this company is so bad ordered flowers, came looking so bad that I wouldn't even put it on graveyard, 3 roses and some dead flowers for £39.”
“Trust pilot has allowed fake reviews on this. This business has also been on BBC watchdog which you can easily google... Please do not waste your money.”
“Auto-Subscription Fraud of MyFlowers. Company charged £39 for recurring auto-subscription without consent despite repeated cancellation requests and emails. Recommends blocking credit card as only solution. Describes this as operating scam under legal cover.”
“Terrible service and worse aftercare. Wrong flowers delivered late with card addressed to another woman. One month wait for promised refund still pending despite repeated assurances. Final authorization offered only £3.50 refund from £35 order.”
“The most shocking company I've ever used flowers were 3 days late arrived mouldy and dying, company doesn't want to know once they have your money, appalling customer service, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”
“SCAM - Ordered 20 roses; received bouquet with daisies and random flowers. Offered only 15% refund for completely different product.”
“Company previously asked reviewer to delete negative review, promising improvement. Service only became worse. Delivery failed again on scheduled date.”
“Ordered £80 flowers for birthday with same-day delivery. Sent to wrong address, arrived 2 days late, flowers wilted, balloon missing. Multiple refund requests denied initially.”
“Ordered 100 roses (£100+) for birthday; never arrived. Company offered only £8 refund and claimed technical issue. Manager follow-up never occurred.”
“Writing a further negative review as the company has now flagged and disputed my previous review, when they are fully aware of who I am, my order, the issues with it and the fact that they are flat-out refusing to issue a refund. For the avoidance of any doubt, I ordered their 'Fantasy' bouquet (coloured gypsophila) for delivery the following day. It didn't arrive until the day after that, no communication explaining this, no picture of the bouquet before delivery... and they delivered plain white instead stating stock issues. AND it was a smaller bouquet. The whole point of that bouquet was the multicoloured gypsophila... they have a regular white one listed on their site (which is cheaper) that I would have chosen if that was what I wanted. They tried to excuse their lack of communication by saying they didn't want to delay the delivery... which was already delayed without explanation/communication anyway. My card company is currently disputing the transaction. They may try and hide behind their sham T+Cs but the fact of the matter is that their failure to send me a pic of the order before delivery constitutes a breach of contract and they don't really have a leg to stand on. Furthermore, having read the frankly shocking reviews here - cancer patients dying before receiving flowers, grandmothers left feeling forgotten - I've been left quite disgusted and intend to take this company to the small claims court for the extra expense and time I have spent on this matter - going on 5 hours total, emailing, phoning, dealing with my card company and trading standards. I'll finish by reiterating what I said directly to this company in my last email: they need to ask themselves why they're doing what they're doing, and if that really sits comfortably with them. If they had a modicum of decency they'd stop flagging every negative review (look at the stats - they flag every single one), stop advertising a false Trustpilot rating on their page and turn their energy towards actually running a business.”
“I received a bouquet of flowers while I was recovering from breast cancer surgery. When the flowers arrived, there was no gift card included and two of the roses were missing their heads -- only the stems were present. My friend, who kindly sent the flowers and later contacted your company to complain, was led to believe that I had cut the heads off myself. I was absolutely mortified by this. I was certainly in no fit state to do anything like that, nor would it ever have entered my mind to interfere with a gift that had been sent to me with such kindness at such a difficult time. I genuinely cannot understand what I would possibly gain from doing such a thing, especially when someone had gone out of their way to send me flowers to offer comfort and support. The implication that I was responsible for the damage to the flowers has caused me unnecessary upset at an already very vulnerable time.”
“DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM MYFLOWERS. I ordered flowers on a same-day service, as advertised on their website. They accepted the date and took my money. I couldn't track the order. The following day I requested an order update - the 'same day' flowers, rather than arriving on Monday would be delivered on Wednesday. So I asked to cancel the order and be refunded. I have now been offered a box of chocolates and a 10% discount... considering the 'same day' flowers were sympathy flowers for a friend who had suffered a bereavement I don't think chocolates are appropriate. I found an alternative florist to send flowers thank goodness, but MyFlowers now won't refund me - in fact they were quite rude on the phone - because the item is perishable and I have to accept the new delivery date. I will be taken whatever action is needed to get a refund as they did not fulfil their contract and are advertising inaccurate information”
“Beware of MyFlowers.co.uk trap. After placing what appears to be a one-time order, customers may be offered a discount that leads to enrollment in a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly subscription. The subscription terms are not clearly highlighted, and many customers may not realize they have agreed to recurring deliveries. You typically only discover this when you receive an email confirmation for repeat orders that you did not intend to place. By that point, cancellation can be extremely difficult, if not impossible at all. The company does not allow changes to the subscription until after two orders have been processed, which can leave customers facing huge unwanted charges. In some cases, cancelling and replacing your payment card may seem like the only way to stop further payments. I am considering raising this matter with the relevant authorities after seeking legal advice.”
“This was by far the worst experience I've had with a company in years, and the worst with a floristy company I've ever had. I booked same day delivery to my office for a friend's birthday on 27.02.2026 (delivery before midday). Firstly I never received a confirmation email. When the flowers did not arrive I emailed the company in the afternoon. I was told despite the advertising and them accepting my booking and payment, they do not offer same day delivery OR time slots outside of London. As a result they informed they would be delivered the next day. I made plain that would not be possible as the office would be shut and asked to either change the address or have a refund. They refused both and told me there was nothing they could do as it was outside of their '30min cancellation window'. They were unwilling to help or provide a refund. I tried to change delivery to collection from a post office the next day - meaning I would drive 45mins to collect the flowers and then 50mins to my friends home to deliver them... the flowers never arrived. All day I was emailing, requesting a refund etc and they continued to refuse, stating if they didn't arrived on 28.02 to recontact them. I outlined my customer rights and they claimed their terms and conditions overruled the same. I emailed on 01.03 again for a refund as the flowers never arrived. They refused but after much back and forth agreed to arranged for a new bunch to be delivered and altered the delivery address - finally I thought. My friend got her flowers today (02.03) however what arrived were not the £60 bunch I paid for, they honestly looked like a £10 bunch from Tesco. None of the same flowers, absolutely shocking. I sent them photos of what I order vs what I got and they said they have the right to alter what goes into them based on what's available and offered me a 25% discount off my next order. I've responded to make clear I will never use their company again and this half hearted gesture is simply the icing on the cake. Do not use this company, unless you want late deliveries, unhelpful customer service and frankly abysmal flowers.”
“My long-distance partner couldn't visit me for Valentine's Day, so he arranged a surprise flower delivery to arrive on Valentine's Day. When I got home from work on Valentine's Day, he asked if I'd received anything. I hadn't. My housemates had been in all day and nothing had arrived. He ended up having to ruin the surprise and tell me flowers were meant to be delivered that day. The next day, a bouquet turned up outside the house with no name or card. When I sent him a photo, he told me it wasn't the bouquet he'd ordered and there should have been a card. I called customer service on his behalf, as he's abroad. They said they couldn't deliver on Valentine's Day because they were too busy, despite him paying extra for guaranteed delivery on that day. They didn't even inform him that it wouldn't arrive on time. When I asked about the wrong bouquet and missing card, they insisted the correct one had been delivered and sent me the proof of delivery photo. The photo was of my flowers outside someone else's house... and the flowers I received were someone else's order from MyFlowers. So if your partner received a bouquet with a card from Tobi... it's not a secret admirer, it's just MyFlowers' muck up. Customer support offered excuses and a 20% refund. Really disappointing and unprofessional.”
“Absolute scammers. Ordered flowers for a one off delivery and they have continued to charge me on a monthly basis, saying I had ordered flowers to be sent on that basis. Total scam.”
“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Company created monthly subscription without knowledge or consent. Customer discovered unauthorized £39 charge one month later. No cancellation option exists on website; had to contact bank to block payments. Company offered no meaningful resolution after contact.”
“Avoid! Mislead you to sign a subscription. Impossible to cancel it.”
“I ordered a bouquet of flowers once from this company, but since that purchase they have been continuously charging my card without my permission.”
“Awful service. Valentine's Day flowers arrived nearly a week late. Refund request denied because order already dispatched. Unauthorized subscription appeared without prior agreement. Customer service only responded after dispatch notification.”
“My fiancee and I ordered a bouquet of pink peonies with a touch of roses for our wedding; received completely white bouquet with daisies instead. Attempting a return is out of the question, and a refund is also not possible. Customer service described as complete disaster.”
“NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered and paid next day and flowers were not delivered. I requested a refund and they refused stating that they reserve the right to not deliver on time! Go figure!!! So if you order with them and pay delivery wait for this: It is not guaranteed that the flowers will be delivered on time and you just need to sit tight until they decide to deliver! It is ridiculous! And ATTENTION have you seen TrustPilot warning up the top of the page? The big warning saying: "YOU SHOULD KNOW!" It states this company is not being honest about the reviews and information they display on this site!! Read and click on it!”
“I ordered an item and they emailed me to say they couldn't do the date that I had paid for. I registered a complaint and we agreed to redeliver for a different date to a new address. They then delivered the item to the old address and after raising a new complaint they refused to refund me despite messing up my order twice. Awful company to deal with and will be making an indemnity claim and making a complaint to trading standards.”
“This has been an absolutely unacceptable experience. My order was supposed to be delivered six days ago, yet it never arrived -- and I was still charged in full. What's even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I have contacted them repeatedly by email and phone for several days in a row, and not once have I received a real answer or any actual help. Every single time it's the same empty responses: "hold on a second," "one moment please," or "we'll get back to you." They never get back to you. Nothing gets resolved. At this point, it feels like they are just making excuses and hoping I'll give up. I'm beyond frustrated and fed up with being ignored after paying for something I never received. I want a refund. I demand a refund. I want my money back immediately.”
“Well i was scared after reading the reviews! BUT the flowers DID come, on time but some of the roses ARE dead like completely. but some of the flowers were nice but not worth the price... not a scam like I had began to think but not the best either for the price!!”
“Flowers arrived 10:30pm at night, half dead and half the size I was expecting for spending £50. Wrong card attached. Flowers died within two days despite seven-day warranty claim. Suspects company posts fake five-star reviews. Received 50% refund.”
“Paid for 100 roses but received mixed bouquet instead. Delivery moved four times (Wednesday through Saturday) with reactive communication. Emphasizes missed contractual commitments and supply of non-conforming goods.”
“Ordered for friend's 60th birthday. Flowers didn't arrive on time; promised message card wasn't included. Requested full refund citing breach of contract and misrepresentation but received only 15% refund and 30% discount. Later received 50% credit refund.”
“I ordered flowers for my girlfriend... i chose for it to arrive on valentine's and it arrived 4 days earlier.. missed the whole point of flowers for valentine and no surprise whatsoever.”
What You Can Do

Report to the ASA
If their advertising is misleading ("same-day delivery", "what you see is what gets delivered"), report them to the Advertising Standards Authority at asa.org.uk.
